Susquehanna Gastroenterology Associates, known community wide as SGI, is dedicated to the specialty practice of your digestive system -- the GI tract. Established in 1978, the SGI staff consists of two physicians and two physician assistants, and more than a dozen healthcare professionals with decades of local service.

Our Center
Built in 2008, our center is a multi-purpose facility serving patients from counties throughout Northcentral Pennsylvania. As the newest and best-outfitted endo center in the region, our equipment is high-definition and state-of-the-art allowing us a clearer picture of your GI tract.

The center has been designed for your comfort, ease of access and efficiency. Patients are in and out in half the time they would have spent in a hospital setting. Conveniently located off I-180 in Montoursville, Pennsylvania, our center is an ADA-accessible, single-story building with a protected entry. We have ample patient parking.

New Patient Referrals
Our patients are referred by their family physician or healthcare provider. Our medical services include consultations, diagnosis and treatment options, and recommendations for the prevention of digestive diseases.
